As a guiding device,the guide roller,which has access to the stiffness parameter,has an important impact on the production efficiency and inspection efficiency of the guide roller.The design of the guide roller experimental device,which's structure and control system mainly aims at presenting the hardware and software basis for the load prediction of the current lifting system and products,and replaces the measurement and testing with manual or else objects using the electromechanical-hydraulic integration thinking.This test device is mainly used to facilitate the detection of the stiffness of different types of guide roller before leaving the factory,and to provide an effective stiffness parameter curve for the scientific evaluation of the quality of guide roller.In this paper,the automatic control system design of the whole system is carried out for the guide roller stiffness test bench,which basically contains three aspects:Firstly,Comparing and establishing the Hertz elastic contact theory model to explain the theoretical basis of the experimental bench construction,and applying the finite element analysis software(Ansys Workbench)to perform theoretical calculations and finite element simulations on the key components of the bench movement;Secondly,Hydraulic and computer-aided auxiliary monitoring and control hydraulic monitoring and control technology(referred to as CAT technology)is used for the entire hydraulic system design and selection.PLC programming is used to complete the theoretical control of the hydraulic system by PLC and the application of PID to implement the scroll wheel.The rapid response of the tank ear hydraulic control system,increase the transmission power of hydraulic components,and realize long distance transmission of signals;Thirdly,Selecting the design of the test bench hardware,including sensors,data acquisition cards,etc,through the NI OPC Server and DataSocket to achieve Lab VIEW and PLC communication,using serial communication,you need to set the port,pressure and displacement of the upper and lower limits,Data acquisition card number,data transmission port and receiving port and so on,which are used in the sub-programs.The file storage module is used to achieve data storage and post-processing functions after data acquisition.
