Traditional bolting equipment cannot meet the demand of the coal mine high yield and efficient mine development, and bolting equipment are not very good at home and abroad to meet the requirements of the coal mine roadway support in China. Huaibei of anhui university of science and technology and the roadway drivage zhongtai cooperative research and development of a limited liability company supporting device greatly reduces the rapid drivage in supporting the cycle of operation time, speed up the drivage efficiency, so as to ease roadway mining common mining disturbance contradictions, but the single function, can only achieve shed beam support, although later on the role of platform set up airborne jumbolter, but does not have when constructing automatic indexing function, therefore with great error between bolt hole, the anchoring force is low, so the stress of the roadway at the top of the cannot achieve the best performance, directly affect the safety performance of the roadway. In order to remedy the situation, this paper has carried out the monorail crane operation platform jumbolter indexing system research.Firstly, Complete airborne jumbolter modeling and development of automatic indexing system and index system of modular structures, designs for the subsequent system structures, which provides theoretical basis.Secondly, Completed the structural design and selection of hydraulic cylinder swirl drive component, at the same time completed dividing mechanism of hydraulic cylinder structure design and calculation of parts of selection, as well as the key components for the static strength and modal analysis, determined the structure design meet the design requirements.Finally, Using ADAMS software for airborne jumbolter two dividing mechanism kinematics and dynamics simulation, analyzed the plan one or two in the process of constructing the torque and load changes, the solution is obtained at start up of the impact of the hydraulic motor and its spare parts is very big, cause life is short, and the second scheme in jumbolter after start up and start up won’t appear bigger impact load, more able to meet with the demand on conditions of coal mine, after comparison to determine the hydraulic cylinder dividing mechanism of better solutions.
