With the continuous acceleration of the production of coal mining face,the safe,rapid and efficient removal of fully mechanized mining equipment has become the development trend of equipment withdrawal technology.Due to the large number,large volume and heavy tonnage of the hydraulic support in the fully mechanized mining face of coal mining face,the retracement efficiency directly affects the construction period of the entire construction node.The existing traditional fully mechanized hydraulic support retracting process is to use multiple winches to cooperate with the removal of the pulley.This method requires multiple disassembly and assembly of the winch during the dismantling process,and the equipment removal efficiency is low,which makes the traditional retraction process and the current working surface.The mining speed is seriously mismatched,and the traditional retracing process can no longer meet the production demand of the fully mechanized mining face,which leads to this topic.The paper analyzes the structural design and simulation of the hydraulic support retraction platform of the fully mechanized mining face.The research content is as follows:Firstly,the content of the retracement platform structure design is a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing retracing process.The overall structure of the hydraulic support retracing platform of the fully mechanized mining face and the design of each functional component are completed.The Solid Works 3D software is used for modeling.The details of the structure and function of the retracing platform body,traction platform,guiding device,blocking device and self-moving device are introduced in detail.Secondly,the content of the retracement platform simulation analysis is the static strength analysis of the guidance platform,the platform to be installed,the loading platform and the traction platform by using the ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software to verify the rationality,reliability and safety of the structure.Finally,the design content of the auxiliary control system of the retracement platform is to complete the design of the hydraulic transmission and pneumatic control system of each functional module according to the functional requirements of each component to ensure reliable operation of the equipment.Figure [40] table [16] reference [45]...
