Bolt support is the main support forming in coal mine tunnel. But with the popularity of mechanized of fully-mechanized face, the speed of the roadway is put forward new requirements. Currently, bolt support equipment are not well positioned to meet our mine roadway requirements at home and abroad. Anhui University of Science&Technology developed operating platform of fast supporting in drivage which had the advantages of high mechanization degree and fast supporting speed. It can meet the requirements of the roadway fast supporting with mechanization, but its has single function, which can only be achieved shed beam support. In response to this situation, this paper carried out research on the key technology of single track bolt support operation platform.Firstly, monorail bolting operation platform structure is design, mainly for the working platform, roofbolter structure designed improvely, and connection devices. And discussed roofbolter loading programs, and designed temporary support device structure which adapt to different working conditions.Secondly, this paper calculats the resistance torque and resistance of breaking rock, establishes the drill mathematical model of longitudinal vibration mechanics mathematical model, analysis of the natural frequency drill, and simulates drill vibration with the AWE software. Its results show that drill mainly affectes lateral vibration, torsional vibration and longitudinal vibration. This provides a certain reference for bolt drill choice of airborne roof bolter, stability analysis monorail work platform, and guide bolting operation of work platform.Thirdly, this paper establishes kinematic model of airborne roof bolter, analysis the problem of the airborne roofbolter kinematics sequence result and reverseresult. Then, roofbolter kinematics is calculated used by MATLAB Robotics Toolbox, which proving kinematics sequence result and reverse result analysis is correct. Then, kinematics simulation roofbolter kinematics is simulated used by ADAMS, and analysis of the displacement drill, velocity, acceleration with time variation are analyzed, which descripts airborne roofbolter can reach a predetermined action. Then, working space of roofbolter playing anchor is simulated used by MATLAB software, which shows the roadway can be carried out from0to180degrees roundiy in bolting and meets bolt construction and design requirements.Finally, this paper analyzes the dynamics of airborne roofbolter each joint ad derives kinetic equations of each joint. Then, dynamics of airborne roofbolter is simulated used by ADAMS, and dynamics of hydraulic cylinder in the roofbolter connected device, slider and the swing drive, a feeding dynamics of hydraulic cylinders, motors in the roofbolter are analyzed, which show airborne roofbolter can meet the requirements of monorail bolting. Then, monorails bolting work platform is analyzed safety used by AWE, which show the strength of work platform, slider and temporary supporting system meet requirements.
