The rapid growth of coal production, effectively led to the rapid growth of national economy. With the continuously increasing production capacity of fully mechanized coal face, the effectively, safely and quickly excavation of coal rock lane, which is closely linked to fully mechanized face, has become the consensus of enterprises and action to ensure the safety, build a harmonious mining area and promote the healthy development of coal industry. For a long time, both drilling blasting excavation and comprehensive mechanized drivage are failed to solve the heading face in surrounding rock supporting beam, bolt hole drilling and installation problems bysafety, high efficiency and mechanical means. To solve these problems, the fast supporting operation platform of the laneway is studied, it can realize the fully mechanization of the erection for driving frontal supporting members and improve the supporting situation of the driving frontal working face, to guarantee the driving safety and reduce the labor intensity of workers.The emphasis of the thesis is that starting from the overall structure characteristics of fast supporting operation platform in the laneway to study the structure design of operation platform in great detail. Its strength is studied by the ANSYS, verifying that whether the structure is designed to meet the strength requirements, and on this basis to improve the relevant structure.Contents of this paper are as follows:First of all, in this paper,key structures of the fast supporting operation platform of the laneway are elaborated, such as the work platform, frontal shield, working platform rocker and shed beam supporting rocker arms. Secondly, the3d models of those key structuresis builded and the finite element strength analysis is took on them by ANSYS. Once again, on the aspects of lower height and lightweight, the optimization improvement design of the main girder structure is studied. Finally, the modal analysis and fatigue analysis is took on the rocker ontology in braking structure.
