Chemical oscillation reaction has more and more applications in many fields such as biological and medicine.However, now existing domestic measurement system based on chemical oscillation reaction can only measure single signal produced in reaction using electrochemical method. It normally did not take into account the chemical oscillating reaction in some of the other parameters may influence the experimental process and measure the artificial way, introducing human error, complicated operation and high cost. Therefore, the design of multi parameter measurement system based on chemical oscillation reaction is studied in this paper. The weak voltage signal, temperature signal, pressure and pH value in the reactor are collected, read and sent to the upper computer for data processing by using the upper computer system.The system consists of hardware circuit and software analysis system and chemical experiment part. Hardware circuit mainly includes power module, microprocessor system, the signal acquisition module, amplifier unit signal processing module, hardware filter module, rs232-usb converter module, isolation circuit, and so on. The chemical experiment part comprises an electromagnetic stirring constant temperature part and a sensor used for multi-channel signal acquisition. The software analysis system includes the upper computer display interface and the lower computer four road signal processing software. Real time acquisition sensor output microcomputer system with four signal values after amplifying and filtering is sent to the host computer for data processing, analysis, comparison and waveform display. To verify the reliability of the system, under laboratory conditions, the system of precision measurement is done. We display waveform for collected data and contrast, error analysis of experiment results, and finally draw the conclusion:multi-parameter measurement system based on oscillating chemical reaction can be measured multi-channel signal, and has high precision and strong reliability.
