In this paper, microenvironment atmosphere box was used as test material, and "Shamidou" sweet cherry and "Hongyu" mango were selected as test objects. Fast atmosphere, secondary bionics atmosphere and modified atmosphere were utilized to store sweet cherry, so as to study the differences on sensory quality, texture quality, nutritional quality, physiological quality and aroma of sweet cherry among different atmosphere modes during cold storage, after the low-temperature storage shelf life and after storage at room temperature shelf. Establishing methods and key parameters to extend the shelf life of sweet cherry. On the other hand, to detect the changes of quality and relative enzyme activity of mangos transported via different modes, microenvironment atmosphere box was also used to store and transport studied mangos, thus to provides theoretical support and technical guidance for sale and transportion of fresh food by electricity suppliers.Sweet cherry preservation study indicated that, compared with the control group, three atmosphere modes (fast atmosphere, secondary bionics atmosphere and modified atmosphere) showed of improvement for the storage of sweet cherry fruit to different degree. During cold storage, fast atmosphere (FA) mode showed the highest efficiency to maintain the storage quality of sweet cherry and to delay the maturation and caducity of fruits. Under this atmosphere mode, the respiration rate and decay rate of sweet cherry were 95.21 mg/kg·h and 10.30%, respectively, after 60 days. However, the respiration rate and decay rate of sweet cherry from control group run up to 142.96 mg/kg·h and 25.33%, respectively. From the point of view of volatile compounds,during the cold storage, the flavor of sweet cherry dealed by FA meantained the best status, relative contents of(E)-2-Hexenal and(E)-2-Hexen-l-ol under this condition were 36.01~39.61% and 23.68~28.75%, which showed the minimal changes. For the low-temperature storage assay, fruits treated by modified atmosphere (MA) were best preserved at 8 d, respiration rate of these samples were 77.69 mg/kg·h and decay rate were 13.24%, vitamin C content were 23.61 mg/100 g, meanwhile, they also maintained a relatively high POD activity. For room temperature shelf assay, secondary bionics atmosphere (SBA) suppressed the decay of sweet cherry and the browning of stems preferably at 4 d, on the contrary, the decay rate and stems browning index of sweet cherry from control group reach at 34.96% and 17.26%,respectively. Linear discriminant analysis of storage shelf life sweet cherry treated by various atmosphere using electronic nose proved that each region can be separated, indicating that the electronic nose can be used to distinguish aroma components from sweet cherries treated by different atmosphere, at their rear storage shelf life.Mango preservation study resulted that 1-MCP treatment can significantly improve the mango storage. At 8 d of storage shelf life, the decay rate and turn yellow index of mangos treated by air shipment combined with 1-MCP showed only 33.33% and 56.57%, significantly lower than the control treatment. From the three ways of transport, at 8 d of storage shelf life, fruit firmness of mangos treated by air shipment remains higher than 2.40 N, as well as the titratable acidity was keeped at 1.47%, vitamin C content was keeped at 28.66 mg/100 g, meanwhile, the breathing and ethylene production of the fruits were controlled at 118.40 mg/kg·hå'Œ9.79 μL/kg·h. For the volatile material composition, the main volatile composition of mango, (+)-4-Carene, maintained above 60.63% all the time by the treatment of air shipment combined with 1-MCP.In summary, microenvironment atmosphere box can maintain the quality of sweet cherry and delay their senescence efficiently. Thereinto, fast atmosphere(FA) is optimal for the preservation of sweet cherry, shamidou, at refrigerated storage condition. Meanwhile, the best way for electrical business sales of "Hongyu" Mango is microenvironment atmosphere box with air shipment combined 1-MCP treatment.
