As the main load-bearing part of fight tower class large amusement equipment, rotary frame is vital part of among large amusement equipment. As a result, the design of rotary frame has a direct influence in loading capacity, practical applicability and safety and reliability of the amusement equipment. This thesis took a new type of high-rotary amusement equipment-8 class 32 seats samba tower as the research target, studied the design、calculation and structure lightweighting technology of the rotary frame, and analyzed the contact mechanism of a new type of local contact model. Details are as below:(1)Used three dimension modeling software Solidworks to complete a parametric model of rotary frame assembly, by using the seamless characteristics between three dimension modeling software and the finite element analysis software, completed the "seamless" design process of parametric modeling、the finite element analysis and the lightweight design based on Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm with the help of ANSYS Workbench collaborative simulation platform. By the finite element software structure optimization module, more directly reflected the curve of stress and deformation corresponding to each design variable, analyzed the correlation between the import and export parameters. Optimized the structure of rotary frame, to ensure the load-bearing strength at the same time reduce weight, lightweight design reached a certain effect which provide a reference method for large rotary type amusement equipment design in the future.(2)Using model analysis on rotary frame through the ANSYS module, extracted each order nature frequency and vibration characteristics of rotary frame, compared with the external excitation frequency of rotary frame from climbing along the column main limb and rotating under the rated speed, determined the resonance condition of rotary frame in the process of operation.(3)Explored the contact mechanism between concave cambered roller and cylindrical circular surface, compared with the traditional calculation method of Hertz theory. Obtained the contact state and the maximum contact stress with the aid of finite element analysis software, compared the change of contact stress under different contact model parameters, concluded the change rule. Reflected the actual working state of the surface contact, explored the stress response in the contact regions. Explicitly point the advantages of the new type of contact model in the guide function implementation and load-bearing performance.
