Comprehensive Evaluation On The Treatment Process Of Wastewater Containing Salt In Food Processing Industry

The effective treatment of wastewater containing salt is the main problem of environmental protection in food processing industry at present. The according to the situation of the daily work experience and in food processing industry, combined with sewage characteristics of the sewage of enterprises and the treatment technology, in-depth analysis of the sewage treatment industry is the main influence factor of the sewage treatment project of the enterprise cost, treatment effect and social effect and administrative supervision and so on quantitative indicators standardized research methods. By means of analytic hierarchy process, the weight calculation method of typical saline wastewater treatment project in food processing industry was established, and a comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Using this comprehensive evaluation index system, this paper comprehensively compared the three common food processing wastewater treatment program, and finally determined the optimal treatment program, and the introduction of the actual use of case analysis. Mainly achieved the following results:(1) a comprehensive study of food processing enterprises, including enterprises upfront costs, post operation, the main pollution factor treatment effect, secondary environmental problems, social influence, process can be operated, the food processing industry with salt wastewater treatment scheme of comprehensive evaluation index is determined.(2) using analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of evaluation index, and get the weight of each index value, in which the CODcr reduction efficiency and nitrogen removal efficiency index is the most comprehensive weight. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the salt water treatment project in the food processing industry was established.(3) in accordance with the construction of the comprehensive evaluation index system and the up flow anaerobic sludge bed reactor treatment scheme, anoxic and aerobic treatment scheme, the salt tolerant microbial acclimation and sequencing batch activated sludge method processing program, a comprehensive evaluation. Combined with the typical enterprise sewage treatment example that salt tolerant microbial acclimation and sequencing batch activated sludge method performed well in all aspects, has the obvious comprehensive advantages, and put forward some feasible suggestions for some problems that may exist in the.This study of the food processing industry with salt sewage treatment of existing programs has guiding significance, and of similar food enterprises production activities and the environmental protection department management provides with reference value of wastewater treatment plan for comprehensive evaluation and selection method.
