For the existing problems in the process of catalytic reforming process for petrochemical enterprises, it analysises the demands of the compressor itself and the operating characteristics of the process and the demands of the technology package completely, according to the actual situation of the compressor control system development. a balanced solution is given to meet this two contradictory needs, After two years of practical operation, the system runs well, and comes to the final conclusion, this way is feasible, and it is safe and reliable.Firstly, this thesis introduces the background of the research, and analyzes the problems in the operation of the compressor in the process of the catalytic reforming process in CNPC and SINOPEC. The shortcomings of the existing system are summarized, the research status and significance of the compressor control system are summarized, and the main work of this thesis is given.Then, the designing of the control system of the catalytic reforming compressor is carried out. The basic working principle is given, Analyze the procedure of the compressor and the demands of running. The main fact is alarm and interlocking condition during the procedure of the starts, the stops and the running. And according to the conclusion, the design of the control system is given. At last the real control system is configured (include the alarm and interlocking protection logic)Secondly, the debugging and testing process of the field are discussed. According to the relevant standards, the test scheme is designed, and the final test results are given. And analyzes the problems occurred in the process of operation, and gives the improved solution, improve the system.At last, the thesis summarizes the operatomg effect of the control system during the practical operation test in two years, and analyzes the existing problems, and comes to the conclusion.
