As an important equipment for mine production,air compressors will release a lot of thermal energy during operation.Mines generally rarely use these low-temperature waste heat resources,but directly discharge the waste heat into the atmosphere,which not only causes waste of resources,but also causes serious heat pollution and noise pollution.At the same time,there are heat demands for bathing hot water and building heating in coal mine industrial sites.Coal-fired boilers are usually used for heating,which will cause large coal consumption and emit a large amount of exhaust gas to the surrounding environment,leading to environmental pollution.In order to meet the large heat demand and reduce energy consumption,the thermal energy recycle and automatic monitoring of the mine air compressors have become an urgent need.This article takes air compressor as the research object,and conducts research on the heat recycle system and automatic monitoring of the mine air compressor.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The feasibility of thermal energy recycle of centrifugal compressor was analyzed.The working principle and power consumption characteristics of the centrifugal air compressor were analyzed to calculate its recyclable thermal energy.Then the recyclable thermal energy is mainly used for bathing heat demand,and analyze and calculate the number of users who can meet the recovered thermal energy.At the same time,the main energy-consuming equipment was considered,and the energy consumed by the additional equipment was calculated.Finally,the recycle efficiency of the thermal energy recycle system of the mine air compressor was analyzed and calculated.(2)The thermal energy recycle system of the mine air compressor was designed.Based on the actual working conditions,and the design method of the two heat exchange systems was adopted.The first heat exchange is used to realize thermal energy recycle,and the second heat exchange is used for thermal energy utilization.The structures and functions of thermal energy recycle system,thermal energy utilization system and auxiliary equipment system were designed and the specific role of system equipment was analyzed respectively,and completed the selection of key equipment finally.(3)The hardware part of the thermal energy recycle and automatic monitoring system of the mine air compressor was designed.According to the monitoring data and significance of the actual needs analysis,selected PLC as the core controller ofthe monitoring system.Combining the characteristics of the thermal energy recycle system and the thermal energy utilization system of the mine compressor,the PLC controller,expansion module and sensor equipment were analyzed cautiously and selected reasonably,and the corresponding hardware wiring was designed.(4)The software part of the automatic monitoring system of the mine air compressor was designed.The operation process of the thermal energy recycle monitoring system,automatic monitoring system and constant pressure water supply subsystem were adopted.Establish communication between S7-1200 PLC and touch screen.The TIA Portal and Intouch software were used respectively to design the on-site monitoring interface and remote monitoring interface which can realize the automatic monitoring of the mine air compressor system.
