Domestic, large-scale coal mine are used special hydraulic support truck in hydraulic support moving area. At present, the transport on under-ground and up-ground of hydraulic support are using this kind of car. Because of the need to go into the mine, the engine of car is explosion-proof treatment, which have caused its expensive. Now for the terrestrial transport design a up-ground bracket truck hydraulic support.According to the general principle of the hydraulic support van was overall structure of the program design of the vehicle. Its power draw part uses the existing heavy tractor, carrying part uses the U-shaped frame structure, vehicle is connected in semi-trailer way. The hydraulic support the weight of the load distribution of the vehicle were analyzed, and pallet trucks were dynamic matching analysis, completed a critical component selection, after proposed hydraulic system solutions.According to the hydraulic system solution, analysis of hydraulic synchronous lifting system works, and the crank-link mechanism to enhance the structural calculations carried out, completed the main hydraulic components selection, and then electro-hydraulic proportional control synchronization system depth analysis of the establishment hydraulic lift system electric hydraulic proportional valve single cylinder closed-loop mathematical model to determine the main parameters of the system. Simulink-based comparative analysis of hydraulic proportional valve single cylinder system characteristic is whether the electricity PID control algorithm, the response indicates that the PID control electric hydraulic proportional valve single cylinder system faster, more stable.Finally, according to the hydraulic synchronizing system principle, the hydraulic support synchronous lifting system AMESim simulation model, and the hydraulic system of synchronized electro-hydraulic proportional valve control added PID control algorithm, simulation of the loading and unloading of hydraulic support, comparative analysis of whether the PID control algorithm when the lifting mechanism four cylinder displacement synchronization accuracy, indicating that after joining the PID control algorithm, synchronization error reduction, synchronization accuracy reached 0.47%, better able to meet the design requirements. And, the system operating pressure curve is analyzed, which further validates the hydraulic system and component selection reasonable.
