At present, ultrasonic testing is mainly used in the detection of aviation, aerospace, ship, nuclear power, petroleum pipeline and other key components, and the detection cost is high. Ultrasonic testing accessory for machine tool can solve the problem of the limitation of ultrasonic testing object and the high cost of ultrasonic testing and realize the on-line automatic detection of large quantities of ordinary parts. Ultrasonic coupling module is an important part of ultrasonic testing accessory for machine tool, but the qualitative and quantitative research on ultrasonic coupling technique is rare at home and abroad. Therefore, the paper provides a theoretical basis and technical support for dynamic water coupling technique of ultrasonic testing through the research on the coupling technology in ultrasonic testing accessory for machine tool and promotes the development of the ultrasonic testing accessory product family for machine tool.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly, combined with ultrasonics, fluid mechanics and mechanical engineering, the paper provides theoretical basis for the design of coupling structure by probing into the interaction rule of the transducer, the coupling structure, the coupling medium and the inspected workpiece in theory and exploring the conditions for good coupling;Secondly, I have simulated the flow state of the fluid in the coupling structure by using ANSYS Workbench software and optimized the coupling structure by changing the different structure parameters to obtain multi group three dimensional streamline diagrams of internal fluid;Thirdly, I have set up a platform for dynamic water coupling testing of ultrasonic testing on the CNC lathe and proved the scientifically and feasibility of the coupling theory and simulation results by experiment. Summarizing the connotation of the best coupling theory and how to find the best coupling state by comparing the results of line charts of multi group tests;Finally, having designed the coupling structure module and the coupling circulating system module included in the ultrasonic testing accessory product family for machine tool according to the best coupling theory. Meanwhile, I have designed the mechanical auxiliary device which can be installed on the machine tool.
