Polyester amide copolymer having biocompatible and biodegradable properties as a new material and has been widely used in the medical field. However, the application of polyester amide copolymer has been greatly restricted due to its poor mechanical properties. The researchers expect to overcome this defect by improving the proportion of polyamide, but this method will greatly reduce the degradable properties of the material at the same time. Nano-materials due to its good mechanical properties and surface effects have been widely used as base filler. So we prepared the polyesteramide composites, and hoped to improving the mechanical properties of the material while little change in performance degradation. Combined with the application research of materials, we want to use the degradation property of polyesteramide copolymer and its composite materials, as a part of oilfield chemicals package material to delay release or controlled release. The breaker is used generally in the oil and gas wells fracturing, but the breaker added amount is too large or too early will make the fracturing fluid viscosity decreases in advance and affecting the ability to create seam construction press of fracturing fluid.If you add too little, the crosslinked polymer can not be broken quickly and thoroughly after fracturing progress, then affect conductivity and will cause formation damage. So we use polyesteramide and its composite material as capsule clothing materials to encapsulate breaker. And then achieve the effect of delay gel breaking.This article synthesized polyesteramide through melt polycondensation method, and prepared Ti02/P(CL/AC)50/50 and MWCNTs/P(CL/AC)50/50 composite materials by in-situ composite method, using DSC, TGA, XRD, SEM, water absorption, degradation rate experiment to evaluated the performances of crystallization and degradation of degradable materials. Ammonium persulfate was encapsulated by PEA and Ti02/P(CL/AC)50/50、MWCNTs/P(CL/AC)50/50 composites materials. And this breaker was released slowly due to the degradation of the polymer film, thereby reducing the viscosity of fracturing fluid. The preparation Conditions (stirring speed, PVA dosage, cyst membrane concentration) of the capsule gel breaker were optimized, and the performance of different kinds of capsule gel breaker are evaluated correspondingly. Compared with the conventional gel breaker, the capsule gel breaker could be used in higher concentrations, and the time of the fracturing fluid viscosity decrease is prolonged, and solved the contradictory problem of fracturing fluid carrying sand and gel breaking.
