Belt plays an important role in fully mechanized coal excavation job line auxiliary transportation system in which, when a job due to the belt along a local injustice may not straight, belt buckle and skew unsuitable roller to adjust the position and other reasons, resulting in operation the belt deviation, sprinkle material will fall on the lower belt, and humid underground environment, the lower belt conveyor belt passes through the tail drum, it will cause a lot of slime attached to the tail drum, causing the tail drum diameter more local large, thereby increasing the tail belt deviation, running belt buckle increased resistance or tear. Low efficiency of the existing cleaning system, and require manual clean-up secondary. To achieve self-cleaning belt tail mechanization and automation, the paper on the basis of self-cleaning device structure design, the use of mechanical optimization design and finite element analysis technology, reliability and rationality of self-cleaning plant design were studied.Paper combines the design principles of the screw conveyor, screw conveyor to carry out research, and based on the actual requirements and design calculations, was established in SolidWorks self-cleaning belt conveyor screw conveyor tail three-dimensional model; the use of Matlab optimization tool screw feed body to optimize the design, optimization of the results obtained, and compared with the results; the use of ANSYS Workbench software to screw feed body structure static analysis and modal analysis, to verify the design is reasonable. For self-cleaning deficiencies single stage screw conveyor, the paper also carried out two screw conveyor design and analysis of the characteristics and advantages of its structure.Thesis research and development of coal mine belt conveyor tail self-cleaning system uses modern mechanical optimization design and finite element analysis method, the device is designed to achieve the reliability and efficiency, and compact structure, good performance, saving material, having certain promotional value.
