At present, most modern coal mines in the coal transportation system mainly uses the ordinary groove type belt conveyor main underground coal transport, but its reproduced many links, dust pollution, especially for the relatively narrow underground roadway, coal dust easily with the air flow diffusion, and in the local small space agglomeration, seriously affected the coal mine workers working environment, harm the health of body and mind, induced by pneumoconiosis disease of respiratory system, when a certain concentration of dust, but also the existence of hidden danger of explosion, endangering mine safety. Therefore, it is urgent to need a new type of underground coal transportation equipment to replace the traditional trough belt conveyor.Tubular belt conveyor is a new type of green high efficiency and environmental protection equipment which has great development potential in the new century, but it is only used to transport some special filling materials. In this paper, it is expected that the tubular belt conveyor is used to replace the traditional trough belt conveyor for underground coal transportation. With the level of automation of fully mechanized mining face increasing to underground coal transport tubular belt conveyor, it must be able to follow the passage of fully mechanized working face and the corresponding expansion. So the article on the basis of analyzing the site condition and main technical indicators, established a realization of underground tubular belt conveyor scale overall scheme. The scheme mainly from middle telescopic frame, a belt storage device and stepping self moving tail three aspects of integral telescoping device were studied.This paper proposed and applied in the tubular belt conveyor on the telescopic middle frame is designed, using SOLIDWORKS software for three-dimensional modeling, and the key parts of the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Of the tubular belt conveyor telescopic plan storage device detailed theoretical analysis, using the software AMESim to belt storage device in the hydraulic tensioning system modeling and simulation analysis, to verify the movement reliability. In the reference by Anhui Science University of hoisting transportation machinery design institute of stepping type self moving tail base, on the self moving tail structure improvement and optimization, and make a complete description of the work flow.Finally, based on the analysis of the work of the fully mechanized coal face, the telescopic device can satisfy the working requirements of underground fully mechanized working face, to ensure safe and efficient green production in coal mine.
