Based on the apricot north of daqing oilfield water flooding and polymer flooding sewage system, through the indoor sedimentation and filtration experiment research, the different concentration of sewage sedimentation and filtering effect, put forward different polymer concentration wastewater advanced treatment technology line. Through the use of brookfield viscometer viscosity change of different polymer concentration wastewater measurement, the concentration of sewage containing poly thick sticky relationship, with the increase of concentration, viscosity increases, containing poly sewage containing polymer concentration in 100 ~ 800 mg/L, viscosity of 1.23 ~ 3.8 mPa s. At the same time, using a laser particle sizer for different polymer concentration wastewater of droplets size distribution range measurement, than get a high polymer concentration wastewater of low concentration wastewater of the oil droplets size is big, containing polymer concentration in 100 ~ 800mg/L, oil droplets value of 4.53 ~ 4.53 microns in size. On the basis of the use of the indoor sink, of 6 kinds of concentration containing polymer sewage respectively at different time and a sink at different time of two heavy sedimentation experiment, and by a heavy import, export and sank two export oil content, suspended solids content and the change of viscosity analysis,studied the different polymer concentration of sewage sedimentation effect. And study the effect of flocculant on the sedimentation effect, the results showed that the additive flocculant help to improve settling effect, sewage containing poly(concentration of 300 mg/L, or less flocculant optimal dosing quantity of 50 mg/L; 300 mg/L < sewage containing poly(concentration of 500 mg/L, or less flocculant optimal dosing quantity of 100 mg/L. On the basis of comprehensive analysis are given different polymer concentration wastewater sedimentation technology boundaries. Through indoor experiment study, the paper analyzes the water get mixed wastewater concentration, filter speed and the influence of filter material gradation on filtering effect, and through theoretical analysis, to determine the concentration wastewater containing poly(economic andreasonable speed and filter material gradation, scene matching filter material is given under the condition of different polymer concentration of sewage filtering technology. By containing poly sewage sedimentation and filtration processing line research can has a good guiding significance on the spot, as to provide theoretical basis for field containing poly sewage treatment.
