Containing Wastewater Treatment Technology Research In Xing Bei Oil Field

Based on the apricot north of daqing oilfield water flooding and polymer flooding sewage system,through the indoor sedimentation and filtration experiment research,the different concentration of sewage sedimentation and filtering effect,put forward different polymer concentration wastewater advanced treatment technology line.By using brinell viscometer viscosity change of different polymer concentration wastewater measurement,the concentration of sewage containing poly(thick sticky relationship,with the increase of concentration,viscosity,containing poly sewage containing polymer concentration in 100 ~ 800 mg/L,viscosity of 1.17 ~ 3.61 mPa,s.At the same time,using a laser particle sizer for different polymer concentration wastewater of droplets size distribution range measurement,than get a high polymer concentration wastewater of low concentration wastewater of the oil droplets size is big,containing polymer concentration in 100 ~ 800 mg/L,oil droplets value of 4.3 ~ 4.3 microns in size.Then the water quality was tested and the polymer concentration,suspended particle concentration and oil content were tested before and after filtration.O n the basis of the use of the indoor sink,of 6 kinds of concentration containing polymer sewage respectively at different time and a sink at different time of two heavy sedimentation experiment,and by a heavy import,export and sank two export oil content,suspended solids content and the change of viscosity analysis,studied the different polymer concentration of se wage sedimentation effect.The effect of flocculant on sedimentation effect was also studied.The results showed that the coagulant was helpful for the improvement of sedimentation effect,and the concentration concentration of sewage was less than 300mg/L,and the optimal dosage of flocculant was 50mg/L.300mg/L < sewage concentration is less than 500mg/L,and the optimal dosage of flocculant is 100mg/L.On the basis of comprehensive analysis,the boundary of sedimentation technology with different concentration of wastewater is presented.Using together two water flooding sewage mixed by different concentration of sewage,the filter velocity and filtration gradation of two-stage filtration experiment,and measured the sewage of oil content,suspended solids content and viscosity,the results show that at a reasonable speed and filtration grading the filtering effect obviously,oil content,suspended solids content basically reach the reinjection water quality standard,the oil content or less 5 mg/L,5 mg/L or less suspended solids content.Through indoor experiment study,the paper analyzes the water get mixed wastewater concentration,filter speed and the influence of filter material gradation on filtering effect,and through theoretical analysis,to determine the concentration wastewater containing poly(economic and reasonable speed and filter material gradation,scene matching filter material is given under the condition of different polymer concentration of sewage filtering technology.It can provide a theoretical basis for the on-site wastewater treatment by means of the research on the boundary of wastewater settlement and filtration treatment.
