For a long time, Downhole sewage has been discharged into the soil next to a pool of oil well site, not only the atmosphere, surface water and soil environment pollution, and crude oil is a waste of resources floor. With the growing importance of environmental protection work, such an extensive production process will be eliminated, so that waste oil recovery in downhole operation in a wide range of applications.Problems occur following the use of waste oil recovery process: winter construction, reducing the viscosity of crude oil due to temperature increases, resulting in a negative pressure pump to the original form of the tank waste oil can not be pumped into the sewage tank; when the waste oil suction line distance is too long, the same pump can not meet the requirements. Pump currently outside the outer output pressure can reach up to 1.5MPa, single tube wells and wells with high back pressure can not slop water to fight back in the station, in addition to experiencing pressure wells, into the liquid quickly, draining slow, can not guarantee normal production. The existence of these problems affect the normal operation of pressurized job, so the need for external input pump suction pump and re-selection calculation, in order to meet the operational requirements of different working conditions.The CFD method for specific waste oil equipment, application software FLUENT computational fluid waste oil heating process was simulated, dirty oil installations in the main draw of the natural convection heat transfer mode, while heat transfer heating rods below thermal conductivity; the results of numerical simulations presented three options in order to choose the best heating program, using numerical simulation contrast three scenarios heating effect, and finally select the best kind of rehabilitation programs.
