Rod pump production system efficiency is one of the traditional ways of production of the oil industry in the world, and so far it has been dominated in the production engineering of artificial lift methods. In China, the proportion of Rod pump production wells is 90% in oil production wells, with the deepening of oil field developmen, the proportion of Rod pump production wells has steadily increased, but Rod pump production is the main mode of power production in oil production, total electricity production of 1/3.Currently, there are Rod pump production wells more than more than 90,000, but generally system efficiency is less than 40%, if the system improve 10% efficiency, calculated in national 90,000 mechanical oil recovery wells,it may save 64.6 kW·h every day. Therefore, improving the management level of Rod pump production wells, maintaining,efficient exploitation of energy-saving machine well, increasing economic benefits of enterprises is of great significance.System efficiency is an important index to measure energy consumption of pumping, but also a comprehensive calculation index, which involves the Nissan liquid, fluid level depth, hydraulic,pressure and power consumption(current, voltage, power) and many other parameters. On efficiency of Rod pumping wells of the system level testing, comprehensive and systematic analysis of affecting the efficiency of sucker Rod pumping system and the energy consumed in the delivery of reasons, studying on raising system efficiency of pumping,has become a oil production cost, efficient economic production focused on one of the topics.Pumping systems mainly refers to the separator from the reservoir to the ground production system as a whole, including the wellbore and ground. Fang-xing company lower overall system efficiency of actual, theoretical analysis and system efficiency, efficiency of the system breaks down into underground and ground efficiency, underground low efficiency and areas of potential underground pumping wells for specific analysis and treatment to further clarify the factors that influence the efficiency of blocks, tapping block space to improve the efficiency of the overall system.
