In recent years, China’s demand for oil resources gradually is increasing and China is world’s largest consumer of oil resources. Meanwhile, China has declining oil reserves. In 2015, Daqing Oilfield also announced will be reduced to 40 million tons of oil equivalent year after 30 years of continuous production of 50 million tons. Nowadays, it is very urgent and important for oil companies to do research on improving the efficiency of existing oil and gas output.According to the problem that many existing wells pumping parameters collection can be only relied on manual work, automated real-time acquisition system based on well parameters embedded microprocessor systems is designed. The system consists of two parts which are upper and lower machine components. Lower position machine uses MSP430F169 microcontroller as the core. Firstly, its main function is to collect analog voltage value field pressure, temperature, load transmitter. Then, it sends the results to the acquisition by the wireless transmitter module host embedded control unit and receive PC data acquisition from lower computer through a wireless receiver module. Finally, the host computer sends data to the management center through the GPRS network.Through experiment and test, the designed data acquisition system of the parameters embedded pumping wells can complete wireless acquisition of automated collection Inoue pressure, temperature and load parameters efficiently and automatically. The system is stable and acquisition accuracy can meet the requirements of the field. The subject design has a certain application value at the scene of the oil field.
