The new A335T/P92 (T/P92) martensite heat-resistant steel is becoming common steels for ultra-supercritical unit with high-temperature pipe, because of good physical and chemical properties. In this paper, T/P92 martensitic steel experiments are carried out in Guohua Shouguang 1000MW ultra supercritical unit to study for the steel welding technology and welding effect. It also explores the NDT technology application in steel welding seam quality detection. Finally, the improvement measures of T/P92 steel welding quality management are put forward from the angle of equipment supervision. Specific research work is as follows:1. Through the in-depth analysis of T/P92 steel, it finds the suitable welding process parameters from the research of labotory and field and he welding process parameters are carried out in practice.2. It is effective to ensure the quality of important equipment and improve the reliability of power generating units by scientific and effective inspection method. So, it is very important to inspect boiler quality before its installation. In this paper, the NDT technology of the welding quality inspection of T/P92 martensite heat-resistant steel is studied.3. This study trys to combine the concept of the whole process equipment supervision and welding, takes welding equipment manufacture and installation as examples. From the view of management and practice, it finds a method to improve the welding quality of T/P92 martensite heat-resistant steel.T/P92 steel welding technology and quality guarantee methods were studied systematically in this paper from the analysis of welding material physical and chemical properties to the determination of welding process parameters, further for the welding workpiece of the macroscopic and microscopic detection or equipment supervision research. It can reduce repair rate of the welding workpiece greatly and improve the welding quality effectively, therefore it has been applied in the subsequent Luzhai, Jiujiang, Beihai, Yongzhou and other current implementation of engineering construction project.
