Atmospheric pollution,especially the haze has brought countless annoyance to people in recent years.People have to take anti-smog face mask to go out.The pm2.5 in haze harm people’s respiratory system and cardiovascular system greatly.More and more people are suffering from respiratory diseases.Consequently the research on the related problems about PM2.5 has an important meaning to our humanity.In this thesis, mathematical model was built to explore the related problems about PM2.5 in the air in Wuhan.This study mainly has four purposes.The first one is to explore the related factors of PM2.5 in the air in Wuhan city, and to make out the specific relationship.The second one is to study the space-time distribution of PM2.5 and assess the contamination of the various regions in Wuhan.Thirdly,simulates the diffusion and attenuation regularity of PM2.5 in the air in Wuhan.Fourthly,gives my own advice about PM2.5 on the current governance disclosure and governance dynamics in the future in Wuhan.Firstly,this article adopt Grey Relational Analysis an Correlation Coefficent to study the related factors of PM2.5 in the air.and find the relationship between PM2.5,meteorological factors(temperature,humidity,wind speed), SO2,NO2,CO,O3 and PM10 and give the Correlated Degree.Secondly,according to the charts about quarterly average IAQI and 24-hour average IAQI of PM2.5 we can study the time and space distribution rule of PM2.5,finding that PM2.5 in Wuhan in the winter is the most, followed by autumn, spring and summer.then set up the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the pollution of the ten monitoring stations and get the air quality score N={0.8407,0.8119,0.8187,0.8222,0.8513,0.8239,0.8472,0.8352,0.7902,0.8903}.Thirdly,set up the improved Gauss Plume Diffusion Model to simulate the diffusion and attenuation regularity of PM2.5 in Wuhan,and find that PM2.5 attenuation speed decreases with the increase of time and distance.Finally,set up the PM2.5 governance model and evaluate the speed of the current governance and gives a concentration criterion about PM2.5 in 2017which is 35ug/m3.To achieve the goal,the IAQI of PM2.5 declining proportion has to achieve 24% ever year in the future,and give a sketch of the administration budgetary.In view of the different model, this paper mainly use MATLAB, EVIEWS to enhance the the accuracy of the model.
