Security Technology Study Of Energetic Materials In The Process Of Rolling Plasticizing

Energetic materials are extremely sensitive to temperature and pressure in the process of rolling plasticizing, when the temperature or pressure is too high, energetic materials will combustion and explosion in the process of rolling plasticizing. In order to enhance the security of energetic materials in the process of rolling plasticizing, in this paper, we studied the temperature and pressure online, and the corresponding safety technology of energetic materials in the process of rolling plasticizing, the specific research contents were as follows:Firstly, for energetic materials of temperature in the process of rolling plasticizing being too high and likely to cause combustion and explosion, the continuous temperature measuring online with the far infrared and spraying cooling linkage security device was put forward, the device on the groove rolling plasticizing mechanism for installation conditions were studied, the temperature changes of different types of solid propellant in the process of rolling plasticizing was studied, we obtained several kinds of ignition temperature of solid propellant, and the device of spraying cooling result was studied. With the increase of energetic materials temperature of two roller surface, energetic materials moisture content decreased obviously, spraying colling device can reduce the temperature of energetic materials 3-5℃ in 1 to 2 seconds.Secondly, for energetic materials of pressure in the process of rolling plasticizing being too high and likely to cause combustion and explosion, the online continuous pressure measuring and rapid controllable pitch linkage safety device was put forward, we installed the thin film pressure sensor between passive roller of the double helix shear rolling plasticizing mechanism and the bearing of hydraulic pump, we installed the strain gauge on the bearing of hydraulic pump in the double helix shear rolling plasticing mechanism, and the combination of hydraulic and micro sensor security measures were adopted, and the pressure of different propellant in the process of rolling plasticizing was studied.At last, the application in new shear rolling plasticizing mechanism of two kinds of online measuring temperature and pressure, and the corresponding safety devices above were studied, and the influence of new type shear rolling plasticizing technology on the moisture content and the quality of plasticizing of energetic materials was studied under different process conditions.
