The micro-printing of disperse dye on polyester is a new kind of energy conservation and emissions reduction technologies, mainly related to the new commercialization technology of liquid disperse dye, the preparation of functional prepolymer and the optimization the printing process. In this paper, studied the new commercialization technology of disperse dye, choosed synthetic thickeners and discussed the influences of printing factors on polyester printing properties.1、Research on the commercialization technology of disperse dye: changed the kinds of surfactant, discussed the effect of the concentration of surfactant、grinding time、the size of grind glass and the ratio of dye and surfactant on the size of liquid disperse dye. The results showed that:1) Choosed the grinding method based on surfactant SG-6 and A-110, optimized the grinding conditions: the ratio of SG-6、A-110 is 1∶2, small size of grind glass for 12 hours. Not only the average size of liquid disperse dye is big, but also with poor stability.2) Choosed the grinding method based on surfactant MF, AEO-9 and PAEC, optimized the grinding conditions: the ratio of MF、AEO-9、and PAEC is 1∶1∶2, grinded for 12 hours. The average size of liquid disperse dye is small, but poor stability.3)Choosed the grinding method based on surfactant 400 B and MF, optimized the grinding conditions: the ratio of 400 B and MF is 5∶1, grinded for 12 hours, which can get more smaller size liquid disperse dye. Investigated the influences of sodium polyacrylate and surfactant S100 B on the size and stability of liquid disperse dye. Added sodium polyacrylate and surfactant S100 B 2 hours before the end of grinding can improve the stability of liquid disperse dye.2、Selection of synthetic thickener: compared the rheological property、shelf stability and the resistance to salt stability of synthetic thickener(PTF-A, PTF-W, EM-630, PTF-D, EM-618 and EM-PTE). Investigated the printing performance of synthetic thickener on polyester fabric by new printing method.The results showed that six kinds of synthetic thickener have the characteristics of expansion fluid. The viscosity increased and the PVI value decreased with the extension of placing time. Fabric get well printing performance, and the soap washing has less effect on color and color fastness through the new printing process with PTF-D.3、Micro-printing process of disperse dye: studied the influences of printing factors(curing temperature, curing time and concentration of dye) on fabric printing performance(K/S value, L*, a*, b* and color fastness), and also compared the soap effect on fabric printing performance.The results showed that the optimization curing temperature is 190℃, curing time is 120 s. When the concentration of dye under the best dosage, soaping has less effect on fabric printing performance. The fabric without soaping can get good printing performance, which can reduce the burden of printing post-process.The optimum dosage and the name of disperse dye: 1%(Red 153, Red 152), 2%(Red 167, Orange 29, Orange 30, Orange 61, Yellow 211, Yellow 114), 3%(Red 73, Red177, Red 179, Orange 44, Orange 73, Blue 291, Purple 73), 4%(Blue 183∶1, Blue79, Purple 26), 5%(Blue 60, Blue 77).
