Subject comes from the major science and technology subject "high-end CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment" - innovation platform of precision horizontal machining center technology, and it focuses on high precision machine tool spindle rotation accuracy of on-line detection technology research, main research contents are as follows:1) Spindle rotation error measurement and adaptability analysis of error separation method of mathematical statistics. Expounds the spindle rotation accuracy of shape error and necessity, rotation error separation analysis of spindle that are widely used in the measurement accuracy and error separation method, this paper analyzes the error separation method of mathematical statistics, the basic principles and the data processing algorithm implementation process, and its advantages in high speed spindle rotary error detection, and on this basis, the error separation method of mathematical statistics as this topic in the theoretical basis of rotation accuracy on-line inspection technology.2) Spindle rotation error on-line detection simulation analysis. First of all, the overall framework of the simulation analysis is established, and with the help of the labview software platform to write the rotation error on-line detection simulation system; Second, the API SPN500 spindle rotary error signal of the simulation input, using mathematical statistical error separation algorithm modules completed the spindle shape error and separation of the rotary errors; Finally, compared the experimental results of the simulation analysis and API SPN500, both of the proceeds of the rotary errors calculated value is stored in micron level, determine the reliability of the simulation analysis process and the core algorithm, to verify the error separation method of mathematical statistics on the feasibility of spindle rotation error measurement.3) Construction of spindle rotary error on-line detection system. Integration of the eddy current sensor, the sampling clock generator, NI data acquisition card, to establish the error of spindle online detecting hardware system; Based on the labview software, developed a set of spindle rotation error on-line detection software analysis platform, has realized the error signal acquisition, fixed point calibration, shape of spindle error calculation, error separation, rotary precision solution and test status of real-time display function.4) Spindle rotation error on-line detection experiments. Choose a type of machine tool spindle as test object, with the development of the spindle rotation error on-line detection system, carry out verification test, the test system under multiple spindle speed, the system of continuous extraction of spindle radial runout signal more effectively, and successfully isolated the spindle rotation error information, the reliability of the detection system is verified by experiment.
