As the core features of CNC machine, the reliability of high-speed motorized spindle directly affects directly affects and reliable of the whole CNC machine.In this paper, based on a large number of motorized spindle product data, carries on the system analysis, the breakdown of motorized spindle affecting the reliability of the electric spindle weak links, and use Weibull distribution to the life of motorized spindle, confirm the main failure part is the main reason for the small, with the help of finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench corresponding simulation was carried out on the related reasons, to obtain a preliminary adjustment scheme of system reliability. Need to do the main work is as follows:Track and collect the cooperation unit HaoZhi electromechanical DGX-60E7 motorized spindle reliability data model, in order to provide accurate numerical support for later analysis. The preliminary data collected directly affects the accuracy of reliability analysis results.According to the structure and working principle of electric spindle subsystem of motorized spindle, determine the electric spindle of each subsystem, failure mode and failure cause. Through the fault information of FMEA analysis of motorized spindle, find motorized spindle main failure mode and failure cause. Motorized spindle subsystem harmfulness analysis at the same time, find a motorized spindle damage degree of high subsystem to focus on improvement.According to the product life distribution and Weibull analysis results, determine the cause of the failure of concrete due to overload, high temperature grease failure or other reasons. Accurate analysis of the causes can be targeted effective improvement measures are put forward, to improve product reliability has a guiding role correctly.Aimed at the failure of the main reasons - bearing failure steady temperature field analysis and finite element simulation analysis based on CFD, main purpose is to get under different speed in different pre-tightening force effect on the bearing temperature rise, and the accuracy of the simulation is verified by experiment. And different conveying gas pressure influence on motorized spindle air tightness, this paper proposes a simple and effective improvement solutions. These factors will have a direct influence on bearing life directly, and influence the reliability of the electric spindle system. On the premise of the simulation results are more accurate and can be targeted optimization according to the result of simulation analysis.
