In recent years, our country has continuously increased investment in environmental protection, so that the field of pollution source intelligent monitoring and control system developed rapidly and made considerable progress, and it played a due role in environmental management and the total emission reduction. In 2015, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Environmental Protection Department held a special meeting to study and plan matters of environmental monitoring and joint law enforcement on automatic monitoring. As one of the important technologies in this field, intelligent audit technology of pollution sources is an important research topic to be addressed. The development of intelligent monitoring system of pollution sources is becoming more and more mature, but the realization of intelligent audit technology of pollution source data is still based on simple mathematical calculation or artificial audit. According to the demand of the industry and research status, this article designed and developed an intelligent audit technology system of environmental pollution source based on data mining.The system is based on B/S structure, using an object-oriented design idea, the MVC model, JSP and other techniques. The database is SQL Server 2008. This system is divided into five modules:user management module, data acquisition module, data editing module, data query module and intelligent audit module. The user management module includes user registration and login. The data acquisition module is for preserving the pollution source data. The data editing module is used for updating and deleting the pollution source data. The data query module can query the pollution source data. As the key module of the system, the intelligent audit module is studied and designed to achieve the three functions of intelligent audit technology based on data mining, including filling missing data, detecting abnormal data and forecasting data. The function of filling missing data based on Support Vector Machine(SVM), achieved to fill missing data of pollution source. The function of abnormal data detection based on Fuzzy Clustering Algorithm, and abnormal pollution source data can be detected. The function of forecasting data, can predict the next few days of pollution source data based on BP neural network.This paper studied the intelligent auditing technology of pollution source data based on data mining and designed information management system of intelligent monitoring of pollution sources data. The implementation of functions for missing data filling, abnormal data detection and data forecasting, can provide decision-making reference for relevant environmental protection departments, such as determine discharge reporting, pollution discharge permit, control the total quantity, environmental statistics, environmental levy and environment law enforcement. This will greatly improve the environmental manage level of information and science.
