Along with the stamping parts in automobile industry, especially the application of automobile covering parts is more and more widely, on the research of the stamping forming process has become a research focus in the automotive industry. Along with the development of computer technology, numerical simulation of stamping technology become mature gradually, this not only saves the cost of production, but also shortens the production of automotive covering parts manufacturing cycle, adds new vitality for stamping process.Stamping pieces of common problems include defects such as cracking, wrinkling, rebound. In order to avoid these defects in manufacturing, this paper using numerical simulation software Dynaform for a company to provide the door hinge reinforcing plate into the study of numerical simulation and springback controlling. Mainly studied the blank-holder force, die clearance, friction coefficient, etc. The influence of process parameters on the stamping forming process, it is concluded that the blank-holder force is too large, the mould clearance is too small, and the friction coefficient of the metropolitan make stamping cracking defects, the blank-holder force is too small, mould clearance is too large, and the coefficient of friction starts to wrinkle the stamping parts appear obvious defects. By orthogonal experimental method to carry on comparative analysis to the three process parameters, it is concluded that the friction coefficient of stamping forming quality had the greatest influence, followed by the blank holder force, influence degree is the smallest die clearance.Of rectangle by using the orthogonal experiment method and semicircle drawbead parameters of drawbead height, radius and reinforcement slot gap analysis, draw a radius equivalent cross section drawbead forming quality is greater than the influence of drawbead height and the influence of reinforcement slot gap. Using cross-section drawbead improve ranging from the door hinge to improve the quality of sheet forming, based on the four groups of different resistance under the condition of drawbead layout drawing of comparative analysis, concluded that drawbead 3,8,12 bigger influence on the forming quality, at the same time can make through adjusting drawbead resistance value dramatically improve stamping defects.Studied the blank-holder force, die clearance, friction coefficient and the influence of process parameters on the stamping forming springback amount, it is concluded that with the increase of blank-holder force, die clearance and friction coefficient increase springback amount continuously decrease. Using BP neural network analysis of stamping with a prediction of the springback amount, analog value and forecast error within a reasonable range. By four groups ranging from cross section under the condition of drawbead parts stamping forming springback amount of comparative analysis, it is concluded that control parts edge position the springback amount of drawbead need to adjust. And according to the four groups ranging from cross section of a group of drawbead in the most reasonable drawbead resistance distribution of drawing, drawing resistance model reverse drawbead geometrical parameters, presents actual drawbead geometrical parameters setting schemes.
