The purpose of this paper is to study the friction and wear properties of the corundum wear-resistant lining of heavy medium cyclone,Therefore, the wear resistant lining of the heavy medium cyclone is observed and analyzed, and the simulation analysis and verification of the internal flow field of the heavy medium cyclone are carried out. Under the normal pressure of the feed and the amount of treatment, JX1000 wear resistant lining in CCTEG Tangshan Research Institute research and development as the research object, Scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis were carried out on the wear resistant lining of the JX1000 heavy medium cyclone.Using Fluent numerical simulation, the radial velocity, tangential velocity and axial velocity of the internal flow field of the JX1000 heavy medium cyclone are analyzed,The main influencing factors of wear of each component are analyzed, and the theoretical explanation is given.1% Study on wear resistance of wear resistant lining. Through the JX1000 heavy medium cyclone abrasion resistant lining after the practical application of the surface morphology was observed and analyzed:the wear form of the medium inlet is mainly micro-cutting wear, the wear form of the guide tube and cone are mainly fatigue fracture, the wear form of the underflow mouth is mainly brittle fracture wear;2、Numerical simulation. The velocity of the three direction of the near wall of the JX1000 heavy medium cyclone is simulated and analyzed.And the wear form of the medium inlet is mainly there is a certain point of the flow direction and the wall material entrance, and formation of micro cutting wear;guide tube and cone impact wear of the tangential velocity, The connecting point of the side tube and the main cylinder is the biggest point of the tangential velocity of the guide tube, which is the most serious point; the tangential velocity at the end of the cone is the biggest, which is the most serious;the main effect of wear resistant lining underflow mouth for tangential velocity, and underflow cone section and straight section is connected with the tangential point of maximum speed, both here for the most serious wear points.3、Through the simulation of the JX1000 heavy medium cyclone, the wear resistance of the heavy medium cyclone was explained theoretically.
