| In today’s society, the phenomenon of physical discomfort caused by daily work is constantly emerging, healthy office style more and more get the attention of people.This study aimed at the health hazards of sedentary office, to explore the station, sitting in two ways to fit the body’s best size desktop height.This study based on ergonomics, through questionnaire investigation and relevant documentation to understand the current people’s office health problems,according to the body of the function of the study shows that compared to healthy office should stand, sit alternating way,thus it is put forward the Sit-stand desk which can stand and sit alternately.In order to determine the most suitable for people to use the height of the desktop, so the analysis of the evaluation of health stations, the subjective and objective standards, the use of AHP method and DPS software calculated the corresponding weight values. On the basis of the constant seat parameters, the objective value of the human body at different desktop height is measured by the method of photography.Subjective comfort evaluation index was obtained by questionnaire.By SPSS software to analyze the subjective and objective under the relative optimal desktop height. Then through the simulation model experiment method, the height adjustable range of the table can be analyzed and studied, and the CREO software is used to analyze and calculate the height range of the desktop to meet the requirements of the health of the Chinese people. The final results of the study are as follows:Sitting office objectively and subjectively optimal desktop height were 766mm and 750mm, sitting for the best desktop height is 758mm; station office position objective and subjective best desktop height were 1092mm,1123mm station integrated attitude and the best desktop height is 1108mm; sitting or standing posture office desk with lifting range respectively 690mm～780mm 950mm～1240mm sit-stand desk desktop lifting range for 690mm～1240mm. |
