Tower mounted pumping unit of Henan Yangtze petroleum machinery co., LTD is a new type of beam pumping unit. It uses direct pumping mode, the motor of the kinetic energy is converted into mechanical energy. In real-world conditions The pumping control system exists information processing speed slowly and big noise at work. Based on in-depth analysis and research on the pumping unit control system, this paper constructs pumping control system based on DSP controller.First, based on the pumping works and controlling system, this paper designed the pumping unit control system based on DSP controller(TMS320C2812), in its control system, PSO optimization of PID control algorithm is introduced to adjust the speed control system of the optimization of pumping unit. Next, this paper designed the hardware circuit of the control system, under CCS3.3, writes the corresponding control system program. In the MATLAB, the established switched reluctance motor speed control system model are simulated. Based on PSO optimization of PID control algorithm and PID control algorithm simulation comparison, Introduced PSO optimization of PID control algorithm improved the speed of motor control system performance, reduced the volatility of the motor torque. It proves that the scheme is correct. Lasted, according to design hardware circuits in the laboratory experiments, the experiment proved the correctness and feasibility of the hardware and software design.
