In recent years,the market of small home appliances has become fiery.As a kind of small kitchen appliances,dough mixer has become a necessity for urban residents.This paper designs and develops a motor controller for dough mixer according to market demand.The three-phase 6/4-pole switched reluctance motor(SRM)was selected as the power source for the dough mixer.The paper introduces the structural composition of SRM,compares the working mechanism difference between SRM and other motors,and theoretically analyzes the process of mechanical energy conversion,establishes mathematical equations and mathematical models.The parameters such as inductance,flux linkage,current and electromagnetic torque of the phase winding in the linear model are studied.The variation of parameters with rotor position angle is deduced and analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of Switched Reluctance Drive(SRD).This paper designs SRD for dough mixer based on STM32 MCU of STMicroelectronics company.Its hardware circuit mainly includes STM32 peripheral interface,current detection,hardware protection,power system,position detection,motor drive,status display and other functional modules.According to the application environment of dough mixer and the special requirements of motor controller,the selection of circuit components and the design of circuit schematic diagram are completed.And then finish drawing PCB by Cadence,debugging the hardware circuit and testing basic unit function,which provides a stable and reliable hardware working environment for system software control.In view of the above theory and hardware platform,software design based on ?C/OS-? operating system is realized.The main functions of the software include system initialization,starting program,rotor position detection,speed measurement and speed regulation,control strategy selection,fault detection,etc.According to the distribution of rotor speed in different torque regions,starting chopper,fixed angle chopper,variable angle chopper and APC are applied.By using PI closed-loop control to realize the design of current loop and speed loop to ensure the system stably and reliably.At last,the developed system was tested.Two three-phase 6/4-pole SRMs of 200W(bus voltage DC48V)and 1.5KW(bus voltage DC330V)were used as prototypes to test the motor starting,smooth operation and braking stages.The system is tested under different speed control strategies at low speed and high speed.It has good dynamic and steady-state response and meets the expected design requirements.
