Coal mining work belongs to a high risk of operating under special circumstances.Its security is influenced by complex geological structure under conditions of coal seam, coal, gas, dust, impact of coal dust, but also by space,lighting, noise, vibration and other natural conditional influence. Therefore, the strengthening of the mine production safety management is essential to the achievement of mine safety. The related study showed employees of the organization’s security management perception and experience that is safety cliamte have a broad impact on the safety behavior of employees.Past literature suggests that research of safety cliamte on coal mining enterprise is still not sufficient to discuss the lack of effective measurement tools to measure the safety climate,safety climate and worker safety behavior relationships.Based on the literature research and data analysis coal mining enterprise safety climate is divided to three dimensions(including the emphasis on safety, organizational communication, employee engagement), safe behavioris divided into two dimensions(disobedience to participate in behavior), and relationships between the two have been studied.This study used questionnaire method,127 valid questionnaires,using statistical software SPSS20.0 and AMOS22 for data processing.Through this study, the following conclusions:the two variables that are safety climate and safe behavior are positively correlated;the dimensions of safety climate was significantly associated with participation behavior; organizational communication,employee engagement is significantly related to employee engagement and disobedience; the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis to determine the variable dimensions; The one-way ANOVA analysis showed that age, education, type of work, work age is partly significantly associated with safety climate and safety behavior, the longer age and length of service of employees, the better safe behavior; T test for independent samples marriage, marriage is significantly different in employee engagement, organizational communication, and is no significant different on the other variables; the disobedience of employees in the regression model, the coefficient of the highest degree of employee engagement, the higher level of commitment to their own individual work, the better obedience behavior of employees;wherein, employee engagement and organizational communication significantly affect participation behavior of emloyees,compared to organizational communication, employee engagement is more effectivety forecasting participation behavior of employee.The results show that there is an atmosphere of focused attention toenhance employee safety through a variety of methods to improve commu nication skills with staff, enhance reduce unsafe behavior to ensure safe a nd efficient operation of the mine from a security point of view.
