As is known to all that energy accounts for a large proportion of the national economy. However, according to the report from china coal industry,25%of the accidents in China's industrial and mining enterprises are coal mine accidents, and the death toll caused by coal mine accidents accounts for 40%of the national industry and mining accidents,so the overall situation of China's coal production safety is still grim.Obviously,a single factor is difficult to lead to mine accidents, coal mine safety accidents are a combination of a variety of factors, such as local government is not comprehensive, coal mine staff safety awareness is not high, the coal mine operation is bad, management confusion, and so on.This article takes the safety behavior of first-line coal mine employees as the research object. In view of the systematic and complex nature of coal mine safety production operations, through relevant questionnaires distributed in typical coal mines, relevant factors affecting the safety behavior of coal mine employees are identified. On the basis of screening relevant factors affecting the safety behavior of coal mine employees, the principal component analysis method and factor analysis method were used to optimize and improve the corresponding index system, thus establishing a more scientific coal mine staff safety behavior risk assessment index system.Through expert scoring method and AHP,the corresponding indicator weights were determined. Then, considering the nonlinear and dynamic characteristics of the safety risk of coal mine employees, the structural equations were used to evaluate the safety behavior risk of coal mine employees. After briefly introducing the basic principles of structural equations,an initial model of risk assessment for coal mine employees' safety behaviors was constructed using AMOS 17.0 software based on existing knowledge. The model was tested and modified to form the ultimate safety risk behavior.Evaluation model and corresponding path coefficients. The results show that human factors have the greatest impact on the safety behavior of coal mine employees and induce mine accidents. At the same time, they show the unique superiority of Structural Equation Model(SEM)in solving this complex and complicated relationship.
