Because of its high production intensity,low education level and weak safety consciousness,the construction industry is still one of the industries which with the high-risk and high incidence of accidents in China and even in the world.Compared with other industries with high-risk,the construction industry with the characteristics include small accident scale,high accident rate and various hazard sources.Safety managers in the construction industry formerly emphasized the formulation and improvement of safety regulations and the safety compliance of workers.However,safety accidents still happened frequently have proved that the traditional management which focus on rules and regulations cannot match the complicated and changeable construction site,and its effect is not significant.In order to improve the effectiveness of safety management,it is necessary to turn to human behavior from rules and regulations in the focus of management.In terms of safety behaviors,safety citizenship behaviors emphasize more on employees' initiative and mutual support for safety behaviors than safety compliance.When the accidental symptoms is not obvious and without obvious safety regulations to follow,employees can generate adaptive behaviors and actively deal with safety hazards,thus reducing the accident incidence.There is not so much researches on the safety citizenship behavior in the construction industry in China,and the related research in western countries is not very suitable in China.This research studies the influence relationship and mechanism of safety climate on employee's safety citizenship behavior in engineering project team.After analyzing the relevant literature of previous studies,this research,on the basis of summing up and reviewing the relevant safety management theories,combines the characteristics of high power distance in China.On this basis,the SEM model of the influence of safety climate on safety citizenship behavior with power distance as moderating variable is assumed.With a quotation from the scale which developed by previous scholars and combining the characteristics of the research objects,questionnaires were designed to be sent and collected.Then the questionnaires data are analyzed by SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 software.After verification,the hypothesis and the model are proved to be valid.and try to find out how to take effective measures to enhance the safety management level of engineering project teams and reduce the accident rate under the situation of China's social environment with high power distance by according to the conclusion.After the data collection and software analysis of the data,this research draws the following conclusions:1)Safety climate has a direct and significant positive influence on safety citizenship behavior in engineering project team.A good safety climate helps to promote the generation of safety citizenship behavior among employees.form a virtuous circle which from "You should be safe" to "I want to be safe".2)Power distance plays a positive regulating role in the influence mechanism of safety climate on safety citizenship behavior.That is,in our country,which has a high power distance social environment,especially in the construction industry,which requires close cooperation and mutual support,managers need to strengthen the creation of safety climate,increase incentives for employees,fully consider and respect the interests of employees,and reduce the sense of hierarchy and class prominence.This will enable employees to have more safety citizenship behaviors,thus promoting the progress of the safety management level of the whole team.Figure[15]Table[15]Reference[90]...
