In this paper,the main research of copper ion in waster water processing is based on organic silicon wastewater treatment object.The research target is to make the copper ion concentration reaching the primary standard of sewage comprehensive discharge standard,namely the copper ion concentration less than or equal to 0.5 mg/L.In the beginning,wastewater treatment experiment choose separate neutralization precipitation,found that the results can not up to standard.Later we developed new joint process,which is the combination of Fenton oxidation,neutralization precipitation and activated carbon adsorption.The main purpose of Fenton oxidation is to break down complex of organic material in the organic silicon wastewater and copper ion;The main purpose of neutralization precipitation is to remove copper ion;The main purpose of activated carbon adsorption is to process deeply,making it easier to up to standard for copper ion.In this experiment we determined the optimum parameters of various influencing factors,which can provide reference for practical engineering application.Treatment of copper ion in organic silicon wastewater that used neutralization precipitation has two main influencing factors:pH value and reaction time.The best operation parameters are as follows:pH=9,the reaction is 6 min.The concentration of copper ion in the organic silicon wastewater reduced from 10.425mg/L to 0.781mg/L under the optimal conditions,which removal rate reached 92.51%.In the method of combination, The primary and secondary order of main factor influencing that treatment of the organic silicon wastewater used Fenton oxidation is as follows:additive amount of ferrous sulfate>additive amount of hydrogen peroxide>reaction time>pH value.The best operation parameters are as follows:additive amount of ferrous sulfate is 800mg/L,additive amount of hydrogen peroxide is 3.2 mL/L,reaction time is 60 min,pH value is 3.The concentration of COD in the organic silicon wastewater reduced from 3512.71 mg/L to 1864.20mg/L under the optimal conditions,which removal rate reached 46.93%.Treatment of copper ion in organic silicon wastewater that used neutralization precipitation has two main influencing factors:pH value and reaction time.The best operation parameters are as follows:pH=9,the reaction is 6 min.The concentration of copper ion in the organic silicon wastewater reduced from 10.425mg/L to 0.532mg/L under the optimal conditions,which removal rate reached 94.90%.Treatment of copper ion in organic silicon wastewater that used activated carbon adsorption has two main influencing factors:pH value and adsorption time.The best operation parameters are as follows:pH=4.5,the reaction is 40 min.The concentration of copper ion in the organic silicon wastewater reduced from 0.532mg/L to 0.012mg/L under the optimal conditions,which removal rate reached 97.74%.According to the result of the above,the effect of processing of copper ion in organic silicon wastewater used the method that combination of Fenton oxidation,neutralization precipitation and activated carbon adsorption is very good,which make copper ion concentration in organic silicon wastewater up to the primary standard of sewage comprehensive discharge standard at very low value.
