The production management of oil pumping wells currently has become an important issue that the petroleum enterprises have to face, while oil condition analysis and energy evaluation is an important task of production management. Based on the analysis of working conditions and the evaluation of energy consumption, specific measures can be taken to issues wells to ensure the normal and efficient production of the oil well. Based on the existing research theory of the macro-control charts, the simulation model of the pump-condition control chart, motor rated power control diagram and system efficiency control chart of oil pumping wells is established in this paper. A specific analysis of the oil well conditions and the evaluation of the energy consumption in a comprehensive combination of the three kinds of control charts is realized,this has a guiding significance to the actual production and scientific management of oil fields. The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:The simulation model of node pressure of multiphase pipe flow in wellbore is established, thus the simulation model of the discharge coefficient of pumping unit. Through the analysis of the influence of pumping parameters on the pump efficiency, the model of the partitioning boundary curve of pump-condition control chart is established. The pump condition control chart is drawn, and the performance analysis of the oil wells in each block of the control chart is realized.The simulation model of the motor input power and the power of the suspension point is established. The reasonable range of the motor power utilization rate is determined by the simulation analysis of the influence of different rated power on the input power of the motor, thus the motor rated power control chart is drawn, the visual evaluation of the rated power of the motor is realized.The system efficiency simulation model and the parameter optimization design model are established, the quantitative influence of swabbing parameters and reservoir parameters on system efficiency is analyzed, the drawing method of the macro control chart of the system efficiency considering the individual difference of oil well production and gas liquid ratio is studied. Combine the pump condition control diagram, motor rated power control chart and system efficiency control chart, the energy consumption evaluation method based on macroscopic control chart is proposed, the quantitative analysis of the actual working conditions of pumping wells are made.The macroscopic control chart software of pumping wells is compiled by VB language program, the simulation of pumping well dynamic parameters and the drawing of macro control chart is realized.
