The double column fast-forging hydraulic press production line with the characteristics of fast forging speed and high pressure precision is more and more concerned by enterprises, in order to adapt to the intelligent forging workshop equipment and meet production efficiency requirements. Therefore, the research of double column hydraulic press for optimization design of ontology and its automatic control research has important theoretical meaning and practical value.According to industry standards, the oblique angles of double column hydraulic press can be divided into 22 °, 25 °, 30 °, 32.5 ° and 35 °. Different oblique angles change the hydraulic press frame geometry parameter, so the equipment weight is also changed. In response to a national advocate of saving resource, this paper takes 5 MN nominal pressure on the double column hydraulic press ontology as the research object, with hydraulic oblique angles as a variable and the strength and stiffness as constraint conditions, making the reduction of the body weight as the goal, to begin optimization design of ontology. The specific research contents are as follows:First of all, taking the hydraulic press with 35 ° oblique angle as an example, the main components of ontology can be calculated based on the theory of traditional design.Similarly, based on the technology parameters of hydraulic press, the author can design and calculate the sizes of the main components of ontology with oblique angles of 22 °,25 °, 30 ° and 32.5 °and the strength and rigidity of components can be proofread.Secondly, using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench under central load to analyze the mechanical simulation of the hydraulic press under the central load, strongly checking the main parts. The upper and lower beams of the hydraulic press with different oblique angles were optimized, obtaining the optimized dimensions of the beams through the optimized function of the finite element software, with the minimum weight as the goal, the strength and relative deflection of the beams as constraint conditions and the beam width and height as variables.Finally, the smallest pre-tightening force of center under load and eccentric load was simulated and the influencing law of oblique angles towards the pre-stressing force ofhydraulic press was analyzed, on the condition that slotted phenomenon does not occur on the contact surface of the column and beam. Through the above analysis results, the author studies the effect of oblique angles on the weight of the hydraulic press, providing theoretical guidance for the enterprise in the choice of the specifications of the hydraulic press with twin pillars.
