With the development of machinery manufacturing industry,China's forging hydraulic presses have entered high-speed developing period.At present,domestic scale and forging force of free forging hydraulic presses rank first in the world.The double-column forging hydraulic press has become an ideal free forging equipment because of its good control precision,high degree of mechanization,significant energy-saving and material-saving effects and complete forging functions.However,with the diversified development of market demand,the demand for processing single parts in large quantities has become increasingly prominent.In order to improve the efficiency of the double-column hydraulic press and reduce the input cost of the equipment,this paper puts forward the design idea of the narrow-span double-column free-forging hydraulic press,which provides conditions for the selection of forging processing equipment.On the basis of the double-column forging hydraulic press,the paper analyzes the press tilt angle ?,press forging efficiency and press cost.By studying the work piece convey,equipment of workspace,work piece lifting and the operating visibility,the paper obtained the overall arrangement of the equipment and the overall scheme of a narrow-span double-column free forging hydraulic press based on the demand for processing the large quantities of single parts.The paper analyzes the anvil moving mechanism and anvil changing path of the press,designs an anvil moving mechanism that satisfies a single processed part,and plans the layout of the equipment studio,oil tank,and oil inlet and outlet according to the structural characteristics and working conditions of the equipment.This paper also determined the column guide device,design parameters and overall plan of the narrow-span press,solved the problem of single processing parts for the forging equipment,and obtained the equipment design.Through the analysis and design of the equipment,this paper made the relevant calculation and structural design of the main cylinder,fixed beam,frame,moving table,return cylinder,guide device,anvil and upper anvil clamping and rotating device were carried out and obtained a two-dimensional design drawing.Taking the 10 MN press as an example,this paper carried out related design calculations and structural design,and carried out three-dimensional modeling and quality estimation of key components.In this paper,the author obtained the total assembly of the equipment and the design of the main parts of the equipment by assembling each mechanism first and then assembling them together.Through the finite element analysis of key components,it is verified that the strength and rigidity of the equipment meet the design requirements.This paper has calculated the feasibility of improving the forging efficiency of a single machined part and reducing the equipmentinvestment cost by calculating the anvil replacement cycle of the three-step and four-step and the frequency of the press forging fast forging and provided a theoretical basis on structural design and performance calculation of the narrow-span double-column free-forging hydraulic press.
