The Research Of Process Parameter Design And Performance Parameter Calculation Of 3-roll Reducing And Sizing Block For Bar

The latest generation of 3-roll Reducing & Sizing Block(RSB) is developed by the company of KOCKS in German in 1991. 3-roll has many advantages compared with2-roll.Such as small broadsiding, high deformation rate, low energy consumption, low rolling temperature rise, uniform deformation section, widely pass adjustment range, low velocity different between rolled piece and roll, small wearing of groove,etc. Reducing &sizing technology in the application of the special steel industry in our country has just started,we do not have many experience in the pass design and process parameters calculate.The imported equipment is expensive and the cost of operation is too high.so the independent research of of 3-roll RSB in our country is necessary.In this article pass design and rolling parameters calculate is bound on the shape of tangent. The software use C++ programming language as development platform,use round steel bar rolling as solid model, select the suitable wide exhibition, rolling force, rolling torque and temperature calculation model to build the pass design and technological parameters are calculated source program. Using Visual Basic 6.0 to establish RSB computer aided pass series visual interface design software,the call the source program which was written by C++ programming language by mix-programming method.In this way,implementation of RSB pass series design and the calculation of the rolling process.The calculation result is stored in the form excel. It also has a clear and friendly interface, and easy to operate.Using Deform-3D software to alert the process of simulation of reducing diameter,corrects the theoretical calculation of process parameters, make calculation results as close as possible to the actual value. Distribution of elongation, and the influence of elongation to spread the key analysis, summarized the spread and the elongation of the linear relationship.
