With the emergence of scientific computing visualization, the vigorous development of the virtual reality technology, offshore drilling platform visualization system got great progress, and have the characteristics of novelty, creative and practical three.At present, the computer visualization technology in petroleum engineering has made great development, in the visualization of offshore drilling platform, many oil fields, colleges and universities and research institutes have made some attempts, but in regard to the development of domestic system of offshore drilling platform, the practical application of virtual reality technology, domestic computer visualization technology with scientific drilling platform fire drill is very lack of security system, therefore, domestic drilling platform security system based on virtual reality technology fire drill project development, has very important practical significance.Offshore drilling platform system design is for offshore drilling platform staff provide a safe and open interaction platform, in order to make the exploration in offshore oil workers more security, at the same time to ensure the safety of offshore oil drilling platform of explosion-proof, we through the virtual reality technology to offshore oil drilling platform simulation system of fire control demo under without being limited by the objective conditions, the students in a relatively short period of time, never be familiar with the process to familiar with process, never reasonable operation achieve normalized operation, and fundamentally overcome all sorts of negative impact brought by the on-site training.In order to pass the data and the market demand analysis results of the research as the basis, this article has described based on the PC visual design and implementation of offshore drilling platform. The offshore drilling platform system is divided into four main function modules, including the simulation environment, roaming, fire control demo functions and in the first person perspective roaming function.First analysis of the offshore drilling platform visual PC topic background and kind for development situation at home and abroad, this paper expounds the subject meaning and the ultimate goal of subject, as well as to the offshore drilling platform visual PC do the functional and non-functional requirements analysis, and based on the demand analysis, this topic as a whole against doing a architectural design, finally to make a design and implementation scheme on each function module.
