With the development of virtual reality technology and computer network technology,the application of virtual reality technology has been widely used in various fields such as medicine,education and military affairs.The virtual reality technology is introduced into the field of drilling rig optimization control teaching and research,and it is established an interactive platform based on network technology,which provides a new way to reduce the cost for talent cultivation and the risk and space-time restriction of the drilling rig optimization control research in the real drilling process.In this paper,analyzing the actual drilling engineering process,wellsite environment and the users of the platform,the requirements of the virtual simulation platform are clarified and detailed,the cognitive experiment of the drilling wellsite equipment is developed,and the development and testing of the Web front-end of the virtual simulation platform for remote interactive optimization control of the oil and gas drilling rig are completed.The virtual simulation platform is adopted the B/S architecture of Web technology to separate front-end and back-end development in remote interactive optimization control of the oil and gas drilling rig.In this paper,the platform front-end page design,data interaction,data visualization and drilling wellsite model loading and interactive display are completed through technologies of network technology,virtual reality,3D model interaction,data visualization,etc.With the actual needs,the front-end architecture of the platform is built,and the front-end page loading optimization scheme is put forward and applied in the actual development to design the functions of the virtual simulation platform which include platform resource information display,user data management,virtual training experiment,data sharing management,platform experiment access data statistics and visualization,etc.At the same time,the virtual 3D drilling wellsite equipment model is established by 3Ds max software,the loading and interactive control development of these models are achieved on the page by Three.js 3D engine encapsulating Web GL,the cognitive experiment of the visualized virtual drilling wellsite equipment is designed and achieved,and the developed experiment is deployed in the virtual training experiment module of the platform to complete the design of the platform front-end function page,data interaction mode and the business logic relationship between all the functions.Finally,Web front-end development of virtual simulation platform for remote interactive optimization control in oil and gas drilling rigs was completed,and the front-end of the platform was systematically tested,which is divided into functional and non-functional testing.In the functional testing,correctness validation is mainly made for all the functional processes in the virtual simulation platform;and in the non-functional testing,compatibility testing,security testing and usability testing are made for the front-end of the platform.The testing results show that the virtual simulation platform meets the actual needs of the users,and the front-end of the platform meets the demand performance design requirements which has friendly page,strong expansibility and fast response.
