Different with the traditional printing, Digital ink jet printing technology is one of revolutionary high technology in the textile production with high precision, low pollution, flexible production and processing, etc. Along with the development of computer,electronic technology and the emergence of the programmable logic devices, the development of digital ink jet printing technology is greatly promoted.This paper analyzes the digital ink jet printing machine work principle. The system frame which the PC processing image data and the main control panel (FPGA) control printing process is builded. This framework makes PC’s powerful operation ability get sufficient and reasonable use and reduced the burden on the control panel operation, system cost and development cycle.This paper mainly introduces the digital ink jet printing control system data processing algorithm and the printing process control. Inkjet printing control system based on PC and programmable logic device FPGA is implemented through this control algorithm.It is implemented that Main control panel send the data which can be identified by printhead in vc++ environment. The data link in the printing process is implemented by reading and writing USB and SDRAM. The accurate positioning in printing process is implemented by processing raster signal. The printing process control is implemented by driving the servo motor.The efficiency of the printing is greatly enhanced base on the design of double nozzle array.In order to ensure the printing precision,The function of digital ink jet printing including nozzle state calibration, nozzle parallel calibration and all sorts of color calibration. The whole diagram test is implemented that it’s width is 1.5 M and printing precision is 360x 1080DPI.
