Due to the restriction of high formation pressure, low permeability reservoir, water sensitivity, heavy oil, well depth and the combination of problems, J7 well area can not have a large-scale development. With the development of With the development of the screw pump oil recovery technique and research on its advantages of cognition, the the amount to be used increases gradually, but there is still a gap on the degree of perfection of the system stability, reliability and matching technology, compared with conventional machine mining way.By studying the basic characteristics of the screw pump, we get the establishment of a temperature field model of screw pump stator, the critical sealing pressure model, leakage model and dynamic full extent model, and analyze the pressure inside the screw pump, the distribution of temperature, and probe the the relationship of viscosity of crude oil, speed and torque and head loss. To select the rod pump of screw pump, we solve the broken off problem of screw rod pumping wells, and for the "water, gas, sand, wax," and other problems encountered in oil field development, we optimize the antipollution string of well area screw pump, watertight string, gasproof string, two step sand control and other matching technology, wich successfully resolves the screw pump operating conditions of the Ji 7 well area. Actively carrying out the technological improvement of screw pump eccentric testing, we successfully obtained downhole pressure, temperature, production profile and other information, which provides the guarantee for late development. Development and application of a screw pumping optimized design software, we select 18 wells of Ji 7 well area to calculate and analyze their working conditions, so we can get average fractional error which is 7.07%, and we also diagnose and analyze 27 wells of Ji 7 well area, which the correct rate reaches 92.59%, then use optimized design to implement 9 wells to extract yield, the annual cumulative oil increase reaches 3272 tons. Through the comprehensive research, improvement and application of the mathcing technology, a good integrated model of Ji 7 well area screw condition management is formated.
