Study On The Evaluation And Restoration Countermeasures Of Wetland Resources In Heihe Wetland Nature Reserve In Zhangye

Wetland is not only a constant supply of all kinds of human resources for the ecological system, or the necessary environment for human survival. Assessment of wetland resources is a comprehensive evaluation of the three systems, which are based on the ecological environment, social culture and economic status of the wetland resources. To carry out scientific and objective evaluation of the wetland resources, is the foundation of comprehensive wetland protection and reasonable utilization. Zhangye Heihe River Wetland Nature Reserve is located in the middle part of Hexi Corridor, in keep in Heihe River Basin’s economic and social sustainable development, prevent dust in west areas of Beijing and Tianjin, the protection of regional ecological security has very important role.However, protected areas are affected by geographical, environmental conditions and economic and social development, so that local wetland ecological environment deterioration, wetland area decreased, biodiversity is threatened. Therefore, to carry out evaluation of wetland resources, not only to improve the protection and management of wetlands in Heihe, Zhangye, but also to make rational use of resources. In this paper, from a comprehensive perspective, the basic principles of constructing sustainable utilization of resources and based on index system, comprehensive evaluation of wetland resources in Heihe. To existing research results at home and abroad is based, combined with the characteristics of Heihe River Wetland itself, set up six kinds of resources and 25 indicators were evaluated, using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of evaluation index, evaluation by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, comprehensive evaluation index of 0.77, grade evaluation is good that Zhangye Heihe River wetland nature protection area resources better.According to the Zhangye Heihe River Wetland Nature Reserve land resources evaluation results can be seen within the protection zone ecological environment as a whole is better, but the protection wetland protection project in the local implementation far can not guarantee the need of wetland ecosystem health development. In view of the present situation and the problems of the development and utilization of the natural resources of Heihe Wetland Nature Reserve in Zhangye, this paper puts forward the basic measures of wetland restoration in nature reserve and the Countermeasures of ecological protection.
