Taking the reclamation of sewage waste heat in Da Gang oil field third plant Zao Yi united station as the engineering background, the amount of combined treatment of oily sewage station is 6100 to 6300 m3/d,wherein the injection quantity is 2000 to 2500 m3/d, efflux water is 3600-4000 m3/d, water is 200-300 m3/d, the temperature of efflux is in between of 47-50 ℃. This sewage waste heat is without any usage by reinjection and efflux, resulting in a large amount of heat wastage. At the same time, the station is responsible for the crude oil dehydration and sewage treatment meanwhile fulfils the task of heating the south good oil and pressure. The consumption of crude oil heating furnace system annually in gas is 328.5×104Nm3, and in gas guzzling is 4010 t, occupying the energy output share of crude oil, and the commodity rate is low.This paper firstly according to the system process, energy consumption, sewage heat load changes, etc. in the Zao Yi United station, proves the feasibility of using heat pump technique, and to determine the improvement scheme, which explicitly adopt direct fired lithium bromide absorption type heat pump as the main equipment, using a vacuum phase change heating furnace for machine installation scheme auxiliary heating equipment. Although part of union stations in the domestic oil field in recent years use waste heat recovery technology transformation of absorption heat pump, but the use of direct fired unit case is very few. Furthermore, there is almost no change of the original process of case system combined with vacuum heating furnace; this project is the first case. Secondly, based on the actual operation situation of Zao Yi united station the mathematical model is established, the absorption type heat pump unit, quality, and the thermodynamic energy equation is listed. Calculate the parameters of each typical point system by using Matlab software, and the thermodynamic calculation obtains the operation of the system parameters. Because the united station is a productivity project, the external boundary conditions are at a basic steady state, heat load, discharge of sewage, the sewage temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, oil flow rate all maintain stable, analysis of heat pump performance was conducted based on the above conditions. The analysis includes dilute solution absorber outlet temperature; the influence of low heat source circulating water outlet temperature on the main performance parameters of the system cop, the dilute solution circulation factor a, low heat circulation. Finally, for the economic perspective of the whole verification technique, the economic analysis is carried out by sensitivity analysis and economic evaluation through comprehensive economic evaluation index, which confirmed the project economic effect is significant.Taking Da Gang oil field third plant Zao Yi united station sewage waste heat recovery as the research engineering background, this project can be extended to a sewerage discharge or reinjection, processing oil or the surrounding existence of a large oil field associated gas of oil field or gas, heating equipment inefficient and high energy consummated in the united station. The research in this paper works on a direct fired absorption type heat pump used in the analysis of feasibility, combined station sewage waste heat recovery project performance analysis, economic analysis and provides a technical support.
