After the desulfurization of coal-fired power stations,the direct emission of wet flue gas causes white smoke plumes,which not only takes away a large amount of waste heat resources,but also is one of the possible causes of the haze phenomenon.With the increasingly strict requirements for atmospheric environmental protection,the flue gas smoke of thermal power plants Feather management reform is on the agenda.Starting from the "Technical Requirements for Testing Rainfall and Nonferrous Smoke Plumes of Coal-Fired Power Plants in Shanghai(Trial)",some provinces and cities have successively released relevant requirements for smoke plume emissions.In this paper,the mechanism of smoke plume generation in coal-fired power plants is analyzed,and the technical characteristics of smoke plume treatment schemes in mainstream coal-fired power plants such as flue gas heating method,flue gas condensation method,and flue gas reheating method are compared.Two smoke plume treatment schemes for coupled absorption heat pumps were designed.Combined with the working conditions of a 300 MW coal-fired unit,the heat transfer model was constructed and the thermal calculation was carried out.The equipment in the flue of the heat pump scheme was analyzed using a flue gas condenser as an example.Calculation selection.The results show that the heat transfer coefficient of the TD steel tube heat exchanger is higher,the volume and resistance of the enamel plate heat exchanger are the smallest,and the fluoroplastic tube heat exchanger is light in weight but more expensive.After determining the system structure,the heat pump scheme is compared with the two traditional schemes of the flue gas heating method and the flue gas reheating method.The results show that when the coal-fired power plant is coupled with an absorption heat pump for plume treatment,the flue gas waste heat is recovered At the same time,it can also increase the heat exchange temperature difference when the flue gas is condensed,and reduce the heat exchange area required for flue gas condensation under the condition that the heat exchange amount is unchanged.Compared with the traditional scheme,under the design conditions,heat pump scheme 1 can save 37.7% of the heat exchange area during the gas condensation stage,and the smoke side resistance is reduced by 33.3%.Heat pump scheme 2 can save46.8% of the heat exchange area during the gas condensation stage.Air-side resistance was reduced by 34.6%.
