As people attaches great importance to water pollution, currently the technology of setting up sewage plants to dispose domestic sewage and industrial effluent has very mature. A Combination of wastewater treatment with heat recycling, is the trend of the wastewater comprehensive treatment.In this article, firstly analyzed the latest research results of absorption heat pump at domestic and international, introduced the developing course, working principle and so on of the first kind absorption heat pump. Using MATLAB software, based on the equations of mass conservation and energy conservation, built the model of first kind absorption heat pump which using low-temperature as heat source, and compiled calculation flow chart. Combined with the characteristics of wastewater, such as large waste heat flow, low temperature, analyzed the effects of temperature on system performance from evaporation temperature, absorption temperature, generating temperature, condensation temperature four aspects, concluded that selecting rational temperature can improve the performance of the system. With the help of genetic algorithm(ga), respectively according to the maximum coefficient of performance and maximum performance area ratio as the objective function, optimization calculation and analysis, found that choose the maximum performance area ratio as the objective function can realize heat recovery efficiency and economic investment benefit on a win-win situation.Combined with characteristics of the heat pump, with Shenyang Northern wastewater treatment plant as an example, using single and double effect, hybrid absorption heat pump unit for analysis and comparison of the system performance, finally analyzed the economic benefits from static and dynamic payback period, environmental benefit. Based on genetic algorithm to draw the best equipment temperature, concluded that single unit can provide 67? hot water, double-unit provides 54? hot water, hybrid unit can provide 60? low-temperature hot water and 85? high temperature hot water. The performance of coefficient single unit is 1.38, double effect units is 1.6, hybrid units is 2.304. Static recovery period is 36,29.3 and 29.4 months respectively; dynamic payback period is 5.37,5.369 and 5.369 years. Through calculating the data found that the comprehensive efficiency of hybrid absorption heat pump unit is highest. In addition from the aspects of environmental benefits, a single heating season can save 71100 tons primary energy,533 t smoke and dust emissions,727t SO2,141 CO2. So recycling sewage waste heat using absorption heat pump system has good economic benefits and environmental protection.
