Study On The Process Of Upgrading And Reconstruction Of Sewage Treatment Plant

The shortage of water resources and serious pollution are the current situation of water resources in our country. One of the effective ways to solve this problem is to strengthen the treatment of sewage and reduce the discharge of pollutants. By this the government decided to strictly control the effluent water quality of sewage treatment plant and improve contamination discharge standard,from the original first grade B standards to the first grade A standards. However,at present,there are a lot of sewage treatment plants in China whose effluent water quality can not meet the first grade A standards,which are the requirements of the national code being in force presently. Concerning this issue,the paper launched a series of research.The purpose of the study is to solve the problem that the effluent quality of sewage treatment plant can not meet the first grade A standards.The content of the research is the upgrading and reconstruction of sewage treatment plant.In the paper,the upgrading and reconstruction of Jing Wei Town Sewage Treatment Plant was studied as an example.Firstly,the current situation of the sewage treatment plant,especially the operation situation and some problems of the existing treatment process,was analyzed.Next,the optional processes were summed up by analysis of design scale and water quality of inlet and outlet of upgrading and reconstruction of the sewage treatment plant.According to the principles discussed for process scheme,and combined with the actual situation,the comparative analysis of the optional process plans was made.By weigh of the various factors,the final process schemes of the upgrading and reconstruction and reclaimed water treatment were determined.Then,the treatment structures were analyzed and determined.Finally,a design scheme was given about the new and reconstructive structures in the processes of upgrading and reconstruction and reclaimed water treatment.Through the research on the upgrading and reconstruction of sewage treatment plant, the problem,that effluent water quality can not meet the first grade A standards which are the requirements of the national code being in force presently,is solved.And it avoids rebuilding sewage treatment plant,which may have some hard problems to solve. In addition,reclaimed water treatment process can be build out at the same time of upgrading and reconstruction of sewage treatment plant,which can further alleviate the shortage of water resources.
